Sacred Adornment

We can intentionally cultivate & create beauty in our lives through Sacred Adornment.  This potent and charged beauty has the power to ripple out and affect all that you contact as you move through your day.  

Sacred Adornment can be any practice of creatively expressing your essence through your physical body. From clothing, hair and makeup, flowers in your hair, to piercings and tattoos; anything and everything that you feel inspired to embody creatively & artistically has the power to amplify the frequencies of Beauty, Love, and Softness.

You will be blessing the Earth and all Beings with each step, each touch, each word, and simply with your presence.

And we can all use more beauty, love, and softness in our world right now.

The Practice

• Press play.

• Grounding your feet down into the Earth, begin swaying your body.

• Inhaling and exhaling fully, slowly, intentionally.

• Open your awareness to images, thoughts, feelings that may want to be expressed through your physical body. 

• Take notes along the way.

• Slowly come to stillness.

• Journal about your experience, and if you received inspiration to embody and radiate a particular expression, write that down too. 

• Make a plan to fulfill this inspiration. Take action.

• These impressions and downloads are not for nothing. Trust yourself, you are an important co-creator here.
